GENCOR Catalogue:
The catalogue displays basic information about the subjects with heriditary heart diseases and can be useful for researchers willing to reuse data or samples already collected by others with specific characteristic. The objective of the catalogue is helping researchers to quickly identify subjects that are potentially useful for their research depending on characteristics such as sex, year of birth, medical diagnosis and affected gene.
More detailed clinical information are in principle available to order for further analysis via the GENCOR projectcoordinator.
Searching the catalogue:
A search in catalogue can be performed in two ways:
- By simply typing a keyword at the search field (e.g. Female or PLN)
- Through the wizard you can search on all the fields used to describe sample collections. The wizard allows to build complex searches with multiple search conditions.
